The tourist resort of Potokaki, a settlement rapidly developing recently along the long homonymous beach, is situated within the bay of Pythagorio, at the southeastern coast of the island, at a distance of 14 kilometers southeastern to the town of Samos and 3-4 kilometers western to Pythagorio.

You have many alternatives for accommodation, both in the settlement and in the broader area and you will enjoy your meal, coffee or refreshment at the taverns and coffee bars, most of them by the sea. Swimming is possible at the long beach of the settlement.

In case of health problems a local Medical Center and a pharmacy are available at the nearby town of Pythagorio, some 3-4 kilometers eastern to Potokaki.
