Medical care;
Medical care can be provided any time of the night or day by the doctor who collaborates with our hotel. The nearest health centre is 5 km away, while the nearest pharmacy is only 500m away.
Car rental agency:
To make things easy for our guests, a car rental agency operates out of the hotel, affiliated to KLEARCHOS car rentals, with whom we have a good collaboration, offering the best prices available.
Laundry – Ironing - Dry cleaning:
The hotel operates a full-service laundry / ironing service with same day delivery, where requested. We also can provide dry cleaning, within a two-day delivery window.
Internet Corner:
The adjacent CRETA STAR Hotel, member of the AEGEAN STAR HOTELS Group, provides quick and easy internet access.

The hotel has 122 (two-bed or three-bed) elegantly furnished rooms distributed amongst 4 two-storey buildings, with a balcony or terrace and direct or side view to the sea or the Cretan mountains.

Poolside Snack Bar:

The pool bar is located alongside the hotel’s large pool, in the garden, in front of the main building. Refresh yourself with ices, sodas, coffee and ice-creams after endless hours of lounging by the pool and sunbathing.
Beach bar:

For those who wish to stay on the beach, its well-supplied bar serves anything you might desire: water, coffee, sorbets, soft drinks, beer, ice-cream, snacks.

"Mistral" restaurant (a la carte):

The restaurant overlooks the hotel’s beach. At “Mistral” guests can indulge in tastes of the traditional Greek cuisine, while a list of exquisite Greek wines is offered to accompany lunch or dinner.

POOLS & BEACH:
Two outdoor pools, one with sea water are at your disposal for endless hours of relaxation.
Pools:
The hotel has two outdoor pools, one filled with sea water and another with fresh tap water.
The adjacent CRETA STAR Hotel which also belongs to the AEGEAN SΤΑR HOTELS Group offers an indoor heated fresh-water pool which is available for use. The poolside area offers all the amenities ensuring total relaxation: sun-beds, umbrellas and coffee tables. Upon arrival, hotel guests are handed special cards at the reception desk (after paying a guarantee amount) which they can exchange for pool and beach towels.
Beach:
The hotel has a 400-m private sandy beach, equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas (offered at an extra charge).

The adjacent CRETA STAR hotel, which forms part of the AEGEAN STAR HOTELS Group, gives CRETA ROYAL residents access to a children’s playground and mini-club for children aged 4-12. A specially trained recreation group offers a daily recreation program, occupying your children and looking after them in a safe and responsible manner.

The adjacent CRETA STAR Hotel, also a member of the AEGEAN STAR HOTELS Group, gives you access to 2 tennis courts (guests may obtain the necessary equipment at the reception), mini-golf, mini-basket, beach volley. Five kilometres away another hotel in our group, CRETA PANORAMA, provides our guests with the equipment for motorised water sports (its transportation to and from the CRETA ROYAL is included in the rental price).
