Description

The Hotel CACTUS (B’ Class) is situated in the center of Rhodes City, opposite of the Aquarium, overlooking the western and the eastern beach. The new Casino is exactly next to it. You may also visit on foot the Mandraki Harbour, the Trade Center, the famous Medieval City, the marina etc.



The Hotel affords 177 rooms (336 beds) recently restored, most of them with view to the sea, equipped with WC, direct dial telephone, radio, satellite TV, fridge, hairdryer, air condition(15 June - September) and electromagnetic key doors.



You may find as well a breakfast room, bar, swimming pool with snack bar, TV room, internet corner, game room and a Conference room (20 pax).



But most of all the hotel and its staff would like to make unforgettable your vacations because of its warm and friendly atmosphere.

The manager and the staff of the CACTUS hotel in Rhodes welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay with us. Listed below are some information about our hotel facilities. For any further assistance or information, please do not hesitate to contact the Reception Desk.



TELEPHONE DIRECTORY :

Your room’s telephone systems enables you to make your local or long distance telephone calls directly from your room. Your account will be charged automatically.

For an external line touch 0, wait until you hear the tone. Then proceed by touching the country code, the city code without 0 and your desired number.

For a call to the reception dial 9 or 752.

For room to room calls just dial the room number.



SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES :

For security reasons we recommend that you should deposit your valuables & money in a safe box. The Management can take no responsibility for valuables not deposited in the safe boxes.



SWIMMING POOL :

The swimming pool is open from 08:00a.m to 19:00p.m. 

POOL BAR :

Enjoy the refreshing drinks, cocktails and snacks from 10:00 to 19:00. Sun beds in the swimming pool is free of charge.



LAUNDRY SERVICE :

Laundry and Ironing services are available. Clothing received before 09:00 a.m. will be returns the following day after 18:00 p.m.



FOREIGN EXCHANGE :

Foreign currency and traveller's checks may be exchanged at the Reception Desk 24 hours per day at bank rates (commission 2% according to the low). In case of travel's checks and Euro-checks please present your passport. 

  

CHECK IN TIME:

The check in time is 14:00 O' Clock. 



CHECK OUT TIME :

The check out time is at 12:00 O' Clock on the departure time. Please notify the Reception if you wish to remain in your room after this time. In this case an extra charge will be made. 



CREDIT CARDS :

In case you would like to settle your account by a credit card contact the Reception Desk. American Express, Visa & Master card are accepted. 



ELECTRICITY SUPPLY, VOLTAGE :

The hotel is equipped with power points of 220 Volts. Adaptors are available from the Reception Desk. 



TOWELS :

Guests are kindly requested not to take the room's bath towels at the beach or at the swimming pool and not to hand clothing on the balconies. 



EMERGENCY :

In case of emergency please contact the Reception Desk 9. 



FIRE ALARM :

In case of fire, please proceed at the specially designated areas. Along the corridors there are fire extinguishers. 



FIRST AID :

For First-Aid supplies please inquirer at the Reception Desk.
