Description

The Blue Sea Bungalows and Beach Hotel in Stalis, Crete, was established in 1965 and offers the most modern facilities and accommodation. It consists of 200 bungalows and 10 suites all surrounded by exquisite gardens with all kinds of flowers, trees, and a great deal of indigenous bushes that surround the resort with the most beautiful aromas.



Visit Crete and find the accommodation of Blue Sea, very close to Heraklion, which stretches along the sandy Stalis bay, occupying an area of 25 acres.

The hotel boasts a spacious hotel reception, a giant sized swimming pool, a children's playground, 2 hotel bars and daily entertainment programmes. To satisfy your appetite we offer a main restaurant, a taverna and a snack bar. Other facilities include currency exchange, car & motorbike hire, private safes, a TV-room, and a discotheque.



If you would like to go shopping without travelling to the nearby Stalis or Heraklion centres you can take advantage of our hotel's mini-market, jewellery shop, kiosk and souvenir shop. 



Additionally, the hotel offers a hairdresser's studio, a dry cleaners, game rooms with billiards, table-tennis, aerobics and volleyball, baby sitting on request, folklore shows and BBQs. And for your seafront entertainment all kinds of water-sports and a diving-centre (SCUBA) are available. We hope the facilities of our hotel can make your visit to Crete a memorable experience



ACCOMMODATION:

The Blue Sea bungalows are strewn along the Stalis beach, just a few metres distance from the sea with an excellent sea-view. 



The accommodation consists of bungalows which are fully furnished with single or double beds, telephones, refrigerators, radios (3 stations), baths and / or showers with hot water all day long, electric shaver points, and other amenities. The verandas are also furnished with chairs and tables. 



Additionally the hotel has 10 suites which are also suitable for whole families, who want to spend their holidays to Crete and they include a bedroom and a living room.



CONFERENCE FACILITIES:

As well as providing first class accommodation, the Blue Sea Bungalows and Beach Hotel boasts a conference room catering for 100 people. This room is properly equipped to accommodate all kinds of meetings, offering the opportunity for mixing business with pleasure.

Dining

Inside the Blue Sea complex you will discover a restaurant / taverna built exclusively from wood and stone, and it is just a few steps away from the sea. The spacious patio is an ideal spot for breakfast - a rich buffet arrangement famous for its quality items. Lunch and dinner are either A LA CARTE or by menu. There is also a buffet with a wide range of salads, fruits and cakes/sweets. Furthermore, our wine list includes an excellent selection of Cretan and mainland wines. 



 Our Kitchen staff is dedicated to catering for each customer's needs and customer satisfaction is our priority, with culinary preparations based on the renowned Cretan and Greek diet, the healthiest in Europe. Of course, our restaurant also offers international cuisine, special dishes (vegetarian), children's menus, etc. 



We also make use of our spacious gardens to grow fresh vegetables and fruit which we use in the preparation of meals. This also guarantees the quality of our cuisine. 



In the main cafe bar of our hotel you can enjoy your drink or coffee whilst watching the entertainment programmes organised by the hotel every night, or take your drink outside and dance under the glittering night sky to the sounds of Greek and / or international music. 



 Near the swimming pool you will find the snack-bar. This is open daily from 09.00 to 18.30 for refreshments and cocktails, offered in a lush environment ideal for relaxation. In addition, you can enjoy the various snacks as well as the delicious Cretan / Greek cuisine famous for its unique flavours.
