Medical care can be provided any time of the night or day by the doctor who collaborates with our hotel. The nearest health centre is 5 km away, while the nearest pharmacy is only 500m away.
Car rental agency:
To make things easy for our guests, a car rental agency operates out of the hotel, affiliated to KLEARCHOS car rentals, with whom we have a good collaboration, offering the best prices available.
Convention Centre:
CRETA STAR has an experienced team used to organising all forms of conventions. Whatever the size or type of event you may need to organise, whether a simple one-room meeting or a full specialist convention with 600 participants, we are available to offer assistance and provide all the equipment necessary.

The hotel complex has its own jewellery store, offering beautiful high-quality jewellery. There is also a Mini Market, where you can find everyday requirements, souvenirs for your loved ones and foreign newspapers.

The hotel operates a full-service laundry / ironing service with same day delivery, where requested. We also can provide dry cleaning, within a two-day delivery window.

Pools and beach:
Two pools, one outdoor pool filled with sea water and the other an indoor pool with fresh water, as well as 400m private beach are at your disposal, so that you can relax or have fun with the various games organised daily by our hotel's recreation team.
Outdoor theatre:
A wonderful space in the style of an outdoor cinema, amongst the hotel gardens, the theatre is surrounded by many wonderful plants and flowers, which fill the air with their heady perfume, creating a very romantic atmosphere, where we hold special evenings of fun for the entire family without any set schedule.
Sports - Playroom:
During the day you can have fun by playing beach volley, ping-pong, darts, boccia. You also have an opportunity to keep in shape doing aerobics or water exercise classes or using the hotel’s dedicated Gym.
Tennis:
Our hotel has two tennis courts which are for your use. You can get the necessary equipment from Reception.
Five kilometres away another hotel in our group, Creta Panorama, provides our guests with the equipment for motorised water sports.
Rental costs include transport to and from the Creta Star.
Children’s playgrounds – Mini Club:
We have a dedicated children’s playground on the hotel grounds for our young friends. A specially trained Recreation Group, communicates in their language and their motto is "Exercise, Games and Creativity", looking after your children safely and responsibly, providing moments of unique fun, at times when parents can simply relax or enjoy separate activities of their choice.
