The Dream Villas are built on a small hill in the popular area of Lefkos, with a walking distance of 10 min. to the nearest sandy beach, with endless panoramic sea view. It has everything you need to get away from the city stress, providing an opportunity to experience nature in a completely peaceful environment. You can also explore archaeological sites and enjoy the sun and the sea on the enchanting beaches of Lefkos.

The Dream Villas include four autonomous, newly built, furnished residences in two independent buildings. The residences were recently completed within the framework of the Leader II, EU program concerning investment in agro tourism.

Services
Each residence has a total area of 65 m² including a kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and WC. They are appropriately designed and equipped to accommodate families wanting to spend their vacation with all the amenities and facilities they ordinarily have at home. All residences have a refrigerator, washing machine, stove and oven, independent solar heater, air-conditioning in the bedroom, SATELITE TV and two mountain-bikes provided without charge to the residents.

From our point of view, you do not have to sacrifice the basic amenities of home in order to enjoy nature and its delights. You can have both.

KARPATHOS

Wild natural beauty, variety of scenery, living culture and traditional Greek hospitality combined with a mild tourism development. All these make Karpathos an incredibly appealing holiday resort. Wonderful beaches, organized or solitary, unique mountain routes following primeval pathways and, above all, beautiful villages built on slopes and unreachable mountain ridges, proudly overlooking the Aegean Sea, form one of the most beautiful sceneries of Mediterranean nature.

Karpathos is the land of the Titans and birthplace of Iapetus, son of Uranus and Gaea. The archeologist’s pickaxe takes us back to the Minoan civilization era, in the year 2000 BC. Four of the ancient cities of Karpathos were members of the Alliance of Athens. Having the same fate as the rest of the Dodecanese, the island was occupied by the Franks, the Turks and the Italians. It was annexed to Greece on March 7, 1948.

Karpathos is a large mountainous island in Dodecanese, situated between Rhodes and Crete at the southeastern edge of Greece. It has an area of 302 km², an oblong shape and is 49 km long and maximum 11 km wide. It has 6622 residents in ten villages. The capital, Pigadia, has a port connecting the island with Rhodes, Crete and Piraeus. Kali Limni is the highest summit at 1214 m. The island has an international airport suitable for any kind of aircraft.
