In Koufonisi where our ancestors chose to create their civilization, we dreamt and created something unique for you so putting our imagination and heart into it, we were the first to create, back in 1993, in an unknown tourism destination, not rooms to let but a quality small hotel, which took its final form in 1999.



During this period, having in mind each visitor’s uniqueness and quality service we continuously improved the installations of Keros Icons Hotel. Celebrity guests constantly trust us for their vacations. 



In 2005 we excelled in the Cyclades. The Alpha Guide evaluated our Hotel and it was the only one from the island to be among the best hotels in Greece.



Nevertheless, in 2006 we started a quality upgrading of our Hotel, cutting down the number of rooms from 28 to 23 –contrary to hotel practice- and expanding common areas (restaurant, bar, breakfast area, swimming pool, pool bar, green gardens, parking space etc). This renovation was completed at the beginning of 2007 making the dream come true!



Today Keros Icons Hotel is a truly inspired exclusive boutique hotel, where the harmony of the Cycladic architecture meets modern amenities.



Inspired by the Cycladic minimalist simplicity, we used traditional craftsmen and top quality equipment, in order to reach out to the most demanding traveller.

A  swimming pool constructed in 2006 in a simple minimal lines design with double autonomous filter system and water refill (FILTERBLOCK and FILTERPANEL) which is the best possible cleaning in the world market. The pool also has swimming resistance, interior hydrotherapy benches and hydromassage.



The quality of the water is microbiologically tested daily based on the Hazard Analyze Critical Control Point with autonomous tests and weekly with the collaboration between the Keros Icons Hotels and the Sanitary School of Athens – Ministry of Health Water Lab.
