Built in 1994 with a lot of love and care, Apaggio apartments is a picture on the rocks of Amorgos island, in the Aegean sea. We created this special place to offer you wonderful vacations under the sun, to help you spend carefree moments with calmness and peace. All you have to do is enjoy the landscape and the sun.

At Agia Anna, 10 minutes by boat from Katapola or at a beach near Apaggio, 10 minutes by car.

Attractions
Amorgos is the easter island of Cyclades. It's a mountainous island seperated in two by the mountain Krikelos. It is a 136 miles distance away from Piraeus and has two natural harbours, Katapola in the centre of the island and Egiali in the North. The beaches in Amorgos are the most beautiful and scenic. There are small dotted rocks everywhere and captivating colours.

Hora, the capital town of the island is situated 5 Km West of Katapola. It's a picturesque town built in Cycladic architecture, around the castle of Gizis Venichion. Katapola is the main port of the island. The second port of the island is Egiali. you can admire the Cycladic architecture at Lagada, Potamos and Tholaria. Arkesini is another picturesque place with archaelogical finds. Amorgos is famous for its archaelogical treasures Cycladic architecture and its traditional customes.

Some of the major sights of Amorgos is the Gizis Castle, the monastery of Panagia Hozoniotissa and ancient Minoa. You can visit by boat Katapola - Egiali and Katapola - Kalotaritissis bay by bus. Hora, Agia Anna beach Hozoviotissas Monastery - Kato Meria.

On foot:
A very nice walk is along the old footpath between Hora and Egiali (about 5 hours walk). Also you can enjoy very nice daily cruises to the nearby islands.

The beaches of the island are Agia Anna, Paradissi in the South, Gramnousa opposite of Paradissi and the beach of Egiali. Transfer from the port of Piraeus by boat everyday as well as from the port of Rafina.
