Description

Our houses are three different maisonettes with room facilities in each one of them. They are located in Mandraki place, in a beautiful and peaceful little port. The central port is 10 minutes by feet and 2 minutes by taxi. In kastellorizo you will enjoy good local cuisine, the sea and a good warm climate away from the noise of "civilisation". 



Our houses are three different maisonettes which make up from a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The view from the veranda is unique and ideal for rest and calm. The sea water is very clean and is 5 metres from the house by feet. You are looking the sea and you forget everything.

Our houses are three different maisonettes which make up from a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The view from the veranda is unique and ideal for rest and calm. The sea water is very clean and is 5 metres from the house by feet. You are looking the sea and you forget everything. 



The room facilities in each maisonette are:

2 Satellite TV, 2 fully air conditioned, 2 shower, fully equipped kitchenette, living room, big closet, desk with Internet access in the future, balcony with sea view and mountain view, verandas with umbrellas and view to the port.

Dining

Foods: goat stuffed with rice (usually at Easter), meat balls, chick-pea pie, salantroumasi (stuffed onions), saitia (rice with onion, mint and tomato), many varieties of fish (swordfish, tuna, sea-beam), etc. 



Sweets: koutoumari (round pan-fried pastry with sugar, cinnamon and cloves), halva, “straba”- crooked (baklava with kneaded pastry sheets) and others.

Directions

You can get to Kastellorizo by bus (very frequent schedules), taxis, rented cars, motorcycles or little boats you will visit the villages and beaches of the island. 



You can get to Kastellorizo by plane and by boat. 



Flights leave from Athen's Eleftherios Venizelos Airport. There are no direct flights to Kastelorizo from Athens. Air connections are via Rhodos. There are 5 to 6 daily flights from Athens to Rhodos in the summer and 3 in the winter. Flight time from Athens to Rhodos is approximately 60 minutes. There are 5 flights per week from Rhodos to Kastelorizo. Flight time from Rhodos to Kastelorizo is approximately 25 minutes.

Places to visit: 

Palaiokastro-“Old Castle”, the most important monument in the western part of the island, the impressive stone hewed Lyncean Tomb, Castello Rosso (or red castle) the Megisti castle with the museum of the castle, the monastery of St. George of the Mountain, the patron saints of the island which are sts. Constantine and Helen and finally the Blue Cave in the south east of the island visitable only by boat.
