The main amenities are in the village of Kéramès, (5km), with the town of Spili less than half an hour away. Villa Nafsika is situated in pleasant countryside with spectacular sea views and easily accessible to the local beaches.



Our company DOMISI Development is the creation of a young team of architects, who over 10 years ago started business together with a shared enthusiasm and love of our town of Rethymno. It is a place which is famous for its natural beauty, good climate, long history and civilisation. Its friendly people, their hospitality and the quality of life that Rethymno offers, we believe, creates something unique.



Our building methods show respect for the traditional architectural styles and the environment. During construction we combine both modern and traditional techniques, using the most up to date materials which are friendly to the environment.

The villa has been tastefully furnished and well equipped and includes an open plan kitchen, dining/lounge area with doors opening out on to a pergola covered terrace. Steps lead down to the pool, poolside patio and garden.



Stone walls indoor adds charm of the property and there are archways which leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, the other two bedrooms have got 2 single beds each. A family shower room is accessed from the inner hall. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
