VILLA KOKKONI Studios & Apartments are located at the outskirts of Ormos village only a few meters from the crystal clear Ormos beach. These charming newly built apartments are with a very natural, even tropical feel to them – fitted with warm pine furnishings throughout and set amongst colorful flowerbeds with palms, bougainvillea and giant rubber trees.

VILLA KOKKONI Studios & Apartments offer excellent quality accommodation in a quiet and convenient location.  

VILLA KOKKONI comprises of one double level villa house, consisting of one double bedroom apartment and one single bedroom apartment on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are one double and one twin studios and one single bedroom apartment. 

The yard is framed by beds of roses, basil, other fragrant herbs, flowers and a vegetable patch offering a very pleasant relaxing environment. 

Guests are welcome to help themselves to the many different types of vegetables we grow here. 

This is calm and peaceful location ideal for those wishing for a relaxing summer holiday.

Attractions

South-West side of Samos is one of the most beautiful areas of the island. Marathokampos is the main village of the area, 5 km up the mountain with its seaside small village Ormos allocates a small graphic traditional port embellished with traditional fish boats, where various excursion boats offers to visitors the opportunity to explore unspoilt beaches and small islets with many natural beauties. 

The sight is dominated by the tall mountain Kerkis towering above with its height of 1,443 m.

Half way up the mountain there is the Monastery of Evangelistria amongst a thick pine forest.

On the other side there is Pythagoras Cave, the refuge whilst the philosopher was on the run from Polycrates.

On the far west of the Island there is a large natural sanctuary under the “Natura 2000”, well known for the seal breeding grounds.
