SUNLAND HOLIDAY APARTMENTS offers excellent quality accommodation in a quiet and convenient location.
We take pride in the quality of our fittings and furnishings. All windows are double glazed and provided with mosquito screens to ensure undisturbed sleep and comfortable stay.
SUNLAND comprises of two separate houses, each consisting of one apartment with two bedrooms on the ground floor and on the upper floor a one bedroom apartment.
All apartments have spacious bedrooms, living-dining rooms with open plan kitchens, modern spacious shower rooms and large private terraces with views.
All floors and stairs are covered with cool Greek marble.
The houses are framed by beds of roses, sunflowers, basil, other fragrant herbs and flowers offering a very pleasant relaxing environment.
Guests are welcome to help themselves to the many different types of basil we grow here.
This is calm and peaceful location ideal for those wishing for a relaxing summer holiday.

He would gladly arrange your taxi to pick you up and bring you to the apartments.

Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation notification in writing is required.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Directions
Karlovasi is the nearest port and Samos airport the island’s international gate.
There is easy access by taxi service to the apartments.
If driving, follow the signs to Marathokampos,
Then to Ormos, then follow the sign to Kampos.
When the road becomes straight you will the “Mini Golf course” on your left.
You turn right on the street and follow it winding around for 100 meters.
SUNLAND Apartments are on your left side.

Attractions
South-West side of Samos is one of the most beautiful areas of the island.
Kampos (Votsalakia area) of Marathokampos municipality is a calm area, with many natural beauties.
It has the longest small pebble and sandy beach (6 km) on Samos Island.
The sight is dominated by the tall mountain Kerkis towering above with its height of 1,443 m.
Half way up the mountain there is the Monastery of Evangelistria amongst a thick pine forest.
At the foot of mountain Kerkis there is Pythagoras Cave, the refuge whilst the philosopher was on the run from Polycrates.
On the far west of the Island there is a large natural sanctuary under the “Natura 2000”, well known for the seal breeding grounds.
