CLEOPATRA STUDIO & APARTMENTS are located on the southwest side of Samos island, in the area of Ormos at the municipality of Marathokampos.
Ormos is a small fishing village of 300 local residents. It has a small harbour with traditional fishing boats, international yachts, sailing boats and day cruiser boats to secluded beaches.
These delightful CLEOPATRA STUDIO & APARTMENTS are set right on the waterfront and occupy a great position for watching life go by in Ormos harbour side. The sea view from the balconies is extraordinary with plenty of sea breeze.
The close proximity to Ormos and Velanithia beaches and the village itself is their most important asset. Three minute walk to all village amenities and one minute to the Ormos beach.
CLEOPATRA STUDIO & APARTMENTS are surrounded by alfresco cafes, restaurants, night clubs and our own first class pizzeria with car free walkway, great for an evening scroll and heaven for children.
Daily local fishermen bring in their fresh seafood catch and small crop growers bring their freshly cut vegetables just outside the studios available.

Attractions
South-West side of Samos is one of the most beautiful areas of the island.
Ormos Village is the sea side of Marathokampos found in the south-western side of Samos island, on the foot of the tall Kerkis mountain overlooking the deep blue Aegean sea. The sight is dominated by the tall mountain Kerkis towering above with its height of 1,443 m.
Ormos is a small graphic traditional port is embellished with traditional fish boats, where various excursion boats offering to visitors the opportunity to explore unspoilt beaches and small islets.
Half way up the mountain there is the Monastery of Evangelistria amongst a thick pine forest.
On the other side there is Pythagoras Cave, the refuge whilst the philosopher was on the run from Polycrates.
On the far west of the Island there is a large natural sanctuary under the “Natura 2000”, well known for the seal breeding grounds.
In distance of 30 km is found the island’s airport and 40 km is the capital of Samos, Vathi.
