Eleni Pension offers nice and clean accommodation set back from the main road in a quiet and convenient location across the road from the Ammos Beach Road in the center of Kokkari Village.
Eleni Pension comprises of two separate houses consisting of one self contained single bedroom apartment, two self contained studios, and four rooms.
The two houses are framed by roses and colorful flowers offering a very pleasant relaxing environment.
This is calm and peaceful location ideal for those wishing for a relaxing summer holiday. Kokkari is an ever-popular choice amongst all ages and nationalities.
Walkers will be delighted to find that the mountain forest routes to Manolates and Vourliotes Villages are very close to the accommodation. Windsurfers will also be delighted to find that the “windsurfering paradise” is walking distance from the studios.

Attractions
Kokkari is the most picturesque fishing village of Samos Island, which has now developed into a large tourist center. Kokkari is on a small peninsula full of houses which climbs up to the top of the hill with a small harbour on one side and a superb sand beach on the other.
Near Kokkari are several villages like Platanakia, Valeodates, Staurinides as well as many others, which are all connected with streets or small paths.
Travelling from one village to the other, the visitor can enjoy the natural beauty of the island and the unique view that the height provides.
In the area there are two of the most dazzling, small lush coves on Samos with marvelous sand beaches, Lemonakia beach and Tsamadou bay.
Kokkari is considered the most tourist - friendly village on Samos. It is located on the northern part of the island, ten kilometres from the main town. The surrounding area has an abundance of pine and olive trees and plenty of vineyards. The name of the village is derived from the large quantities of onions which its fields once produced. It nestles between two small protective headlands that capture the gaze. The people are simple, kind and welcoming.
The sea is crystal clear and very popular with windsurfers, almost always mountain winds blow down to an area just outside Kokkari.
The village has several small bars and cafes by the beach, which operate from the morning hours, in order to lift your spirits. Wonderful taverns and fantastic clubs make Kokkari the liveliest and happening place on the island.
