Description

Welcome to Skiathos Garden Cottages. Our five cottages, each one with its own separate style, are nestling in the hillside, overloooking the town of Skiathos and the beautiful Aegean Sea which is approximately 1,5 km away. The cottages are family owned and maintained to the highest standards.

Facilities: 



Each cottage has a terrace with furniture and a barbeque, and all have panoramic views of Skiathos Town and the Sporades islands. 



There is a double bed, with an additional comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster and a small oven with three rings and a microwave. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a modern shower and quality fitments. 



There is also Satellite TV,CD and DVD player, safe deposit box, air-conditioning, heating, hair dryer, beach towels, Iron, Iron board and anti-mosquito machines. Finally we offer daily maid cleaning and change of linen and towels every three days. 



Additionally we can provide you with equipment for babies (cot mosquito net, cot bumper, changing mat, baby bath, pushchair, baby carrier, baby bouncer chair, highchair, baby car seat,play pen sterilising unit, baby blender).



Courtesy transport is provided during the day and the evening. Additionally transport is provided to and from the airport witch is only 10 minutes away. We are also able to arrange car or motorbike hire at competitive rates.

We are also offering a new service as requested in the past by our guests. Now you can order breakfast weekly or daily to be delivered to your cottage every morning. A continental breakfast made to your requirements (order forms will be left in your cottage) consisting of:



Freshly squeezed Orange Juice.

Home made Muesli or cereal of your choice.

Greek yogurt plan or fruited. 

Sliced ham a cheese / or fresh fruit. 

Fresh rolls butter jam or honey or marmalade. 

Coffee or tea (Builders, fruit Earl Grey). 



Price 10€ per day per person. We can also provide you with tailormade Bar-B-Que meats, Souvlakis, fish and home made English sausages. A children’s menu also available. This includes individual portions of Lasagne, fishcakes, shepherds pie meatballs and spaghetti. We can cater for all kinds of celebrations from parties round our beautiful pool, childrens birthday parties to weddings. Prices on request.

Recreation

 The pool area offers magnificent view of the endless Aegean sea and of Skiathos Town, that will amaze you.

At the pool bar you can enjoy your drinks.

In the open air jacuzzi you can have relaxing moments.

All the above prices are for Summer 2009, per night, per cottage and for less than a week will cost 10€ per day extra.

Directions

We are located just 1 km from Skiathos "Acropolis" and the crossing between the ring road that connects skiathos to koukounaries beach. Courtesy transport is provided during the day and the evening. Additionally transport is provided to and from the airport witch is only 10 minutes away.

Attractions

Join us for an unforgettable sailing trip in the Sporades islands. Our day starts at 10:30 in the morning from Skiathos port with our sailing boat "ZORBAS" for a trip to the west coast of Skopelos Island. We visit some of the best beaches reachable only by boats. 



You will have the chance to swim and explore the clear blue waters, and enjoy the unique colors of nature as we provide you with snorkeling equipment. Additionally you can relax on the open deck of "Zorbas" enjoying the sun and a refreshing drink or you can lie down in the shadow our tend provides. 



We continue our sailing trip, to the island of Tsougkria, where we stop again for a few hours. During the day we provide you with drinks and meal. Finally we return to Skiathos port at 17:30. Zorbas sailing boat is a French build boat (Zeaneux) 40 feet long (12 meters) and follows all the regulations for a safe journey. Responsible for your trip is the captain of the boat Apostolis Notas who will make sure you will have a great time.
