This is a 3 bedroom family villa, located in a center of Pefkos. Need five minutes walk to the main beach and from surrounded swimming pools, that their
guests have free use of. The market : restaurants, super markets, bus station, Taxi station is just 3 min walk.
Villa has a spacious garden and sitting area for enjoying outdoor cooking and BBQ's.

The villa consists of one bedroom with a lindian style platform bed can sleep 2-3 adults or 4 children and in the other 2 rooms can sleep two adults in every room .
Total sleep 6 adults ,or 4 adults + 3-4 childrens . There is a large kitchen with a gas ring cooker , fridge and all kitchen facilities you need. The bathroom has a bath, shower and wc.

The friendly owners of the property they are always there and gives you a service you need as a reception..
You can use the Matinas hotel facilities in three minutes walk which has children’s playground, children’s pool,
Pool bars, restaurants, super markets, Greek nights by dancing with food and lots of wine twice a week.
