“KATE APARTMENTS” is situated on the most beautiful village of Kokkari on the North Part of Samos, with the famous beaches of Tsamadou and Lemonakia. Kate Apartments is located in front of the main beach. The airport’s distance from the apartments is 25 km and from the harbour’s capital (Vathi) 8 km.
You will find “Kate Apartments” in the entrance of Kokkari coming from Karlovasi and at the end of the main beach from the city of Samos. The restaurants and mini markets are 50 to 100 meters and the center of Kokkari 700 meters. In the square you will find lots of restaurants, coffee bars, mini markets and taxi stand.

The "Kate Apartments" is famous for its hospitality and the delicious homemade Greek pancakes!

The two apartments and studios are in the same building. The apartments are on the second floor and the studios on the third floor.

1.The first apartment has one bedroom, bathroom, satellite TV, air condition, safe box, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cookers and a living room which the sofa opens into a bed.

2.The second apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, satellite TV, air condition, safe box, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cookers and a living room.

3.The 2 studios have a third bed with air condition, satellite TV, kitchenette, bathroom, safe box and a terrace with a view at the mountains and a balkoni looking at the sea.

From September the 18th until the end of October there is a special offer: For one week stay you get a one day(1) free and for two weeks, two days(2) free of charge,for the one bedroom apartment and for the two bedroom apartment.
From the 27th of September until the end of October the same offer for the studios.
Price notes
Prices include A/C and a Welcome gifts basket. Payments can be done by cash, or deposit to bank account. In case of cancellation within a week before arrival 50% refunded.
