Liberatos Village in Lassi is located on the beautiful island of Kefalonia. It is a family run class A complex containing fourteen lodges. Each lodge contains 4 to 6 apartments. It is situated in Lassi near taverns and tourist shops. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the infamous "Makris Gialos" beach which is well known for its crystal clear turquoise waters and soft sand. This is one of the best beaches in Lassi, Kefalonia.

Attractions

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands and boasts the largest mountain range in the "Eptanisa" or Seven islands. The island is the sixth largest in Greece covering some 737 square kilometers and has a coastline of 254 km.



Lassi, Kefalonia is known for its beautiful weather and it moderate climate temperate. 



Kefalonia has a typically Mediterranean climate. The winters are mild with frosts occuring rarely and temperatures, in the main, rising above 5 C. By contrast, summers are dry and hot with negligible rainfall in July and August. The air temperatures during this time are often grater than 30 C and in open areas the ground temperatures can be very much higher. 



It is famous for its strange geographical phenomena, for being voted as 10th in a world scenic beauty league and recently as the island of Captain Corelies Mandolin.
