The Oasis Scala Beach Hotel is located immediately on its own private beach, in Scala, on the Saronic Gulf's island of Agistri. The port of Scala is just over 200 metres away and the island is about an hour from Athens. The island of Agistri is a perfect holiday spot for singles, couples and families. The island is a pine-clad, aromatic place which, although the smallest of the Saronic Islands, has many options for activities and adventures. There are bike trails, fantastic swimming, easy access for day trips to other islands and historic sites, a number of beaches to suit babies to grown-ups! Whether you want a quiet getaway or a fun-packed time, here is where you will find it!

The island has a wealth of tavernas, restaurants and bars with fantastic food and hospitality. The Oasis Scala Beach Hotel's own cafe-bar is popular both with its guests, visitors and locals. A number of useful shops are situated within a couple of minutes walk of the hotel for all your holiday needs.

The island consists of three main 'towns'. These towns are small and largely unspoilt by development. Scala offers a choice of supermarkets, a bakery, an outdoor cinema and a pharmacy.

About a 15 minute walk from Scala is the next small town of Milos. The Church is at its centre and from there you will find a supermarket, bars and tavernas and its bakery. Limenaria is Agistri's most original village. It has a superb taverna based in its centre which is extremely popular with locals and visitors. The village has no hotels or bars which means you can soak up the atmosphere of a completely untouched place. Between Milos and Limenaria is the beach at Dragonera. With its sunbeds and refreshment kiosk this is a laid back beach, stony underfoot but with fantastic swimming, Beyond Limenaria is the bay at Aponissos. This is a famous swimming spot on Agistri and not to be missed! Take a swim and follow it up with a drink at its sea-side ouzeria.

The hotel has 25 rooms which consist of doubles, twins, triples and, opening in 2007, new maisonettes which comfortably accommodate up to 5/6 people, perfect for families.

Every room has free air conditioning, kitchenette, refridgerator and balconies with superb views over the sea or gardens. The hotel offers its guests free sunbeds both on its private beach and around its freshwater pool.
