Mikri Aselinos is not much organized; only a few umbrellas and sun beds are available at the beach. The sea is crystal clear and very clean and the environment very nice and quite exotic. If you choose this beach it is for enjoying a beach without big crowds, far from the noise of the popular resorts of the southern coast and for relaxing within a wild natural environment, close to the interesting rock formations of the beach. However, be careful when there are northern winds, because the sea gets wavy and may be a bit dangerous.
In case of any problem you should address to the corresponding services of the town of Skiathos, some 16 kilometers at the Southeast.
Access to the beach is possible by the excursion boats departing daily from the town of Skiathos. If you choose to come by car or motorbike you have to drive some 2 kilometers or more on a good dirt road and you have to leave your vehicle close enough to the beach. |
