The tiny sandy beach of Sklethri, at the inlet of a small and scenic cove, is a well protected beach situated at some 7 kilometers far from the town of Skiathos at the Southwest.
Accommodation facilities are available in the area around. You will enjoy eating in the small scenic coastal tavern, situated at the mouth of a ravine with luxuriant green and high plane trees.
The beach is not much organized; only a few facilities for swimming and sunbathing are available.
For any problem you have to return to the town of Skiathos, 7 kilometers northeastern to the beach.
Access from the town of Skiathos is possible by public buses, with regular service, by taxi and by private means (cars and motorbikes). |
