The sandy beach within the well protected bay of Sounio is situated opposite to the archaeological site of Sounio, is partly organized and the sea is clean and deepens smoothly. The beach is ideal not only for a nice swimming but also for gorgeous food, as some taverns at the sea front offer fresh fish and sea food.
