The small sandy beach in front of the summer settlement of Saronida is situated at a distance of some 48 kilometers southeastern to the center of Athens. |

Several accommodation facilities are available at Saronida, at Palaea Phokaea, at Anavyssos and at the rest of the summer settlements of the broader area, where you will have more choices. The settlement is convenient for a longer staying and for a daily excursion for swimming; for these reasons it attracts hundreds of people during the weekends, who come here not only to enjoy the nice sea, but also taste gorgeous food in the taverns of the settlement, most of them by the sea. The beach is not organized and the sea is rather shallow. |

In case of health problems, the pharmacies of Anavyssos, at a distance of some 4 kilometers southern to Saronida, are available for you. Access to the beach is possible by public buses running frequently, as well as by rented or private car and motorbikes. During the summer weekends and in the evenings, when a lot of people come to the taverns, parking close to the beach is rather difficult. If you reach the place by boat, the marinas of the neighboring settlements are available for mooring and for the necessary supplies for your vessel. |
