Petrino Spiti is a stone-made traditional house, recently restored, bearing all modern facilities.

It is located by the shore, in Sithonia Peninsula, 3 km from Pirgadikia village, where one can find an abundance of supermarkets, taverns and various shops.

About the Estate

The estate is ideal for peaceful and happy vacations! The property is fenced and parking is provided for your vehicles.

The two floored house measures a total of 170 sq. meters.

The lower (ground) floor occupies the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and a large bathroom.

Petrino Spiti is located right by the shore...

The first floor has 3 large independent bedrooms, all bearing twin beds, and a smaller bedroom bearing two single beds.

Therefore, there is a total of 4 bedrooms, that can host anywhere from 8 to 12 persons.

Towels and sheets are provided. Minimum rental period is one week.

Facilities

The house is equipped with a dishwasher, an A/C unit, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, telephone, an outdoor barbecue, an outdoor shower and an outdoor WC unit.
