Afetes is a small scenic village situated at the lower part of the mountainside of Pelion, approximately 27 kilometers eastern to Volos. The village is found within an overgrown area. It is ideal for short excursions or longer holidays in any time of the year and attracts many tourists who enjoy the excellent view to the bay and the calmness of the wonderful landscape.
